Alice Palmer is an experienced Leader, Advocate, Business Partner, ERISA and Adviser’s Act attorney currently serving as Vice President, RPS Chief Counsel at Lincoln Financial.  In this role, Alice has responsibility for both the legal and compliance teams that support Lincoln Financial Group’s Retirement Plans Business.  In this role, she has emphasized the importance of bringing legal and compliance to the table in a manner that fosters a culture of compliance that enhances the competitive advantage of the clients that she supports!  Alice is active with several industry trades including IRI, ACLI, and SPARK.  Currently, Alice is a member of ACLI’s Retirement Plans Committee.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Alice was a leader within the retirement plans legal team and Nationwide Financial.
