His practice involves complex litigation, including labor and employment issues, and he is a certified mediator. He additionally maintains a general electronic data compliance practice relating to document retention policies and response to and containment of electronic data breaches.\n \nPrior to pursuing his legal career, Dr. Roux provided e-discovery services and expert testimony relating to forensic investigations, data acquisition and preservation, data recovery, query design, and data analysis. His academic research and publishing continue today.\n \nHe maintains an e-discovery blog at www.hanrylaw.com.\n \nEducation\n A native of New Orleans, Dr. Roux obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and he subsequently completed a Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Science, all from the University of New Orleans.
